Practice Management Apps:
We recommend using an app such as Clio because it allows you to do everything you do on your computer on your phone. This way, you to continue to communicate with clients, dictate your time entries, and document things while on the road, traveling, in court, etcetera.
Your Phone’s Reminder App:
Sometimes, the app that is built into your phone is the best option. It’s native to the phone, so it works with Siri and has location awareness. You can set reminders for certain times or locations and create lists to share with your team.
Relaxation Apps:
As great as reminders and notifications can be, sometimes we also need a break from them. A couple of relaxation apps we recommend are Calm and the Peloton app. Both are paid apps but offer meditation and other health improvement classes that you can do anywhere.
Scanning Apps:
Tools like Scannable, Adobe Scan, and Dropbox have features where you can upload documents to scan and sign while on the go. They save in your cloud files for safekeeping or so your team can reach them without waiting for you to return to the office. If you want to learn more about tech hacks, check out https://www.nextlevel.legal/episode/lfn082 .
